Tianyi actively establishes a transparent supply chain due diligence management system to avoid conflicts, human rights violations and insecurity within the scope of raw material procurement activities, and actively conducts due diligence and risk assessment with suppliers. The Chinese Due Diligence Guidelines for Mineral Supply Chain and the OECD Due Diligence Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas are used as standards to determine whether lithium raw materials pose social, environmental and governance risks, and formulate relevant policies.
