1. Responsible for the handling, improvement, verification and follow-up of abnormal daily process, final inspection and shipment process;

2. Responsible for process weekly and monthly statistics, analysis, tracking, and improvement effect confirmation;

3. Responsible for supervising and guiding the implementation of on-site process documents, and providing technical guidance to operators;

4. Responsible for the training of quality standards, sampling plans, and quality documents before and after changes;

5. Responsible for improving the optimization of the technical and management documents of the department;

6. Responsible for participating in 5M1E change review, follow-up inspection, and statistical analysis before and after the change;

7. Responsible for organizing the collection, analysis and correction of production site quality problem information, formulation and implementation of preventive measures;

8. Responsible for the follow-up and implementation of quality improvement measures/plans formulated by relevant departments;

9. Responsible for cooperating with other post personnel to investigate, improve and verify quality problems;

10. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

  job requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in machinery/chemical industry is preferred;

2. More than three years of work experience in on-site process and quality management in the machinery/chemical industry;

3. Master the professional knowledge of product quality inspection and related technologies of quality improvement; be familiar with the requirements of process control in the quality management system, and be familiar with related activities of quality management;

4. Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC quality tools, master the application of various quality management tools, and have more than two years of practical work experience;

5. Have strong organization, coordination, communication, promotion ability, analysis and problem-solving ability.
